Eight questions, straight answers
Questions, answered.
What we build, who is behind Biru Labs, how projects and payments work, and who owns the code. If your question isn’t here, email biresh@birulabs.com.
What is WapasBol?
WapasBol is a voice-to-voice assistant for developers, made by Biru Labs. You ask about your code out loud and hear the answer. It is in development. To ask about early access, email biresh@birulabs.com.
What does Biru Labs build?
Software for clients, and our own software. Our Udyam registration lists two activities: computer programming (writing, modifying and testing software to a client’s needs) and software publishing. Client work covers AI features such as RAG, voice and agents, and the backend behind them. Our own product is WapasBol, which is in development.
Who is behind Biru Labs?
Biresh Kumar Singh. Biru Labs is the trade name of Biresh Kumar Singh, its founder and proprietor, based in Patna, Bihar, India. Before Biru Labs, Biresh spent seven months as a Lead AI/ML Intern at PGAGI Consultancy Pvt Ltd.
Which projects were built at PGAGI?
Both projects on our client projects page: SentLogic, an Instagram B2B AI DM Automation SaaS for a client in the USA, and an eBay AI Arbitrage System for a client in Estonia. Our founder built them with the team at PGAGI Consultancy, as a Lead AI/ML Intern on SentLogic and an AI/ML Intern on the eBay AI Arbitrage System. They were PGAGI projects, not Biru Labs contracts, and PGAGI is not a Biru Labs client or partner.
How do payments work?
We start with a Google Meet call about the full scope and budget. The scope and budget are written down before work starts, and every project has a written contract, signed by Biresh Kumar Singh as founder and proprietor of Biru Labs. Payment is milestone-wise: you pay at the end of each milestone. Amounts, schedule and due dates are to be agreed in the contract.
Is Biru Labs a registered company?
No. Biru Labs is not a company, a private limited company or an LLP. It is a sole proprietorship: the trade name of Biresh Kumar Singh. It is registered on the Government of India’s Udyam portal as a Micro enterprise, major activity Services (UDYAM-BR-26-0254041, registered on 8 October 2026). Udyam is a government MSME registration, not a company incorporation or a quality certification.
Who owns the code?
You do, milestone by milestone. The code lives in your own repository from day one: you create it, you own it and you give Biru Labs access. Each milestone is delivered on a separate branch or pull request and merged into your main branch once that milestone is paid. Ownership of each milestone’s deliverables passes to you when that milestone is paid, as written in the contract. How pre-existing tools and libraries owned by Biru Labs are handled is to be agreed in the contract.
