What Udyam registration means

Udyam is the Government of India’s registration for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), run by the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. It is a government MSME registration. It is not a quality certification, and it is not a company incorporation.

How a project works.

This is how every Biru Labs project runs, from the first call to the handover.

  1. A call about scope and budget

After you first get in touch, we hold a Google Meet call to discuss the full scope of the project and the budget.

  2. Scope and budget in writing

Before any work starts, the scope and the budget are written down.

  3. A signed contract, every time

A written contract is signed for every project. Biresh Kumar Singh signs it as founder and proprietor of Biru Labs.

  4. Paid milestone by milestone

The work is split into milestones, and you pay at the end of each milestone.

Milestone amounts, the schedule and due dates are to be agreed in the contract.

  5. Your repository from day one

The code lives in your repository from the first day. You create it, you own it, and you give Biru Labs access.

Each milestone is delivered on a separate branch or pull request, and merged into your main branch once that milestone’s payment is received.

Ownership of each milestone’s deliverables passes to you when that milestone is paid. The contract will set this out in writing.

  6. Handover documentation

Handover documentation comes with the delivery. Exactly what it contains is agreed for each project.

To be agreed in the contract.

These points are settled project by project in the signed contract, not on this website. None of them is agreed until a contract is signed.
